Consistency is the strongest predictor of recovery. This is a 15-minute routine that is short enough to actually keep — and you can split it across the day if that's easier.
Morning — warm up (5 min)
- 1Open the Dashboard and read your daily goal and AI Coach tip.
- 2Run one Selfi session — start with the Open Vowel (AH) exercise to wake up your jaw and lips.
- 3Watch the live overlay and aim to match yesterday's symmetry score.
Midday — communicate (5 min)
- 1Use Speak mode for one real request — ask for something you actually want.
- 2If the reconstruction isn't quite right, tap one of the "Did you mean…" alternatives.
- 3Add any phrase you use often to Quick Phrases so it's one tap next time.
Evening — review (5 min)
- 1Practice three more Selfi reps of whichever sound feels hardest.
- 2Review your session history on the Dashboard to see your 7-day trend.
- 3Note one thing that went better than yesterday.
Keep it kind
Some days are harder than others. A short, gentle session still counts. The goal is showing up, not a perfect score.
